Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

We ship all in‑stock products within 5 business days of the product arriving at our facility. Some items — especially those sourced internationally — may require additional time. Any extended shipping timeframe will be clearly stated in the product description.

If we are unable to meet the stated shipping window, we will notify you promptly.

 

Combining Orders

Orders cannot be combined to reduce shipping costs. If you have an additional item you would like added to an existing open order, we can manually add it and send an updated invoice. Please email Sales@CollecTableGamingLLC.com.

 

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs determined by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our item prices or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

High‑Value Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business from fraud, CollecTable Gaming may request additional verification for high‑value orders.

Orders totaling $500 USD or more will require a signature upon delivery and may require submission of a valid government‑issued photo ID for identity verification.

 

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks negatively impact small businesses and incur non‑refundable fees. Submitting a chargeback will result in an immediate and indefinite ban from the store. All open orders associated with a chargeback will be canceled and subject to a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders. No exceptions.
