Shipping policy

We are dedicated to shipping all product within 5-7 days of product arrival. Some products take longer, like from China, but we will put that in the item description and If for any reason we can not we will let you know. 

 

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 

Pre-Order Policy

With ALL pre-orders, we wait until we get allocation numbers from our supplier before posting pre-orders to ensure every order gets fulfilled! Once we get the product from our vendor we ship within 48 hours! ALL ORDERS CONTAINING A PRE-ORDER SHIP TOGETHER WITH THE PRE-ORDER ITEM.

 

High-Value Order Verification Policy

To help protect our customers and our business from fraud and unauthorized transactions, CollecTable Gaming reserves the right to request additional verification on higher-value orders.
Orders with a total value of $500 USD or more will require signature and may require submission of a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification purposes.

 

Chargebacks

All chargebacks will get you banned from the store immediately and indefinitely. Chargebacks charge us a fee and put negative marks on our website. If you submit a chargeback, all orders will be cancelled with a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders now and in the future. NO exception.
