Pre-order Policy

Pre‑Order Cancellations

Pre‑order items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order unless the product listing states otherwise. Some pre‑order items are non‑cancelable due to supplier restrictions.

All customer‑initiated cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non‑refundable payment processing cost charged at the time of purchase.

Allocation & Availability

We only open pre‑orders after receiving allocation numbers from our suppliers to ensure every pre‑order can be fulfilled. This prevents overselling and protects customers from unfulfilled orders.

Fulfillment Timeline

Once product arrives from our vendor, pre‑orders ship within 3 days.

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre‑order item is available.

Delays & Changes

Release dates, allocations, and shipment timelines are determined by manufacturers and distributors. If a delay or allocation change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Chargebacks on Pre‑Orders

Submitting a chargeback on a pre‑order will result in an immediate and indefinite ban from the store. All associated open orders will be canceled and subject to a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled items.
